Freight Delivery Process
Most mobility scooters and power wheelchairs are delivered by professional freight carriers.
Once your order ships, you'll receive tracking information and carrier details.
When the shipment reaches your local terminal, the freight company will contact you directly to schedule a delivery appointment.
A signature is required upon delivery to ensure your equipment arrives safely.
Accessories May Ship Separately
To speed up delivery, accessories included with your order may ship separately from the scooter or power wheelchair.
It is common for items such as storage pods, baskets, phone holders, cup holders, saddle bags, and other accessories to arrive before or after the main shipment.

Purchasing a mobility scooter or power wheelchair is an important decision, and we want you to feel confident when placing your order.
That's why we offer a 30-Day Return & Exchange Program on all eligible Pride Mobility products.
30-Day Returns
If you decide your scooter or power wheelchair isn't the right fit, you may return it within 30 days of delivery.
To qualify for a full refund, the equipment must be returned in new condition, in its original packaging, and include all manuals, keys, chargers, accessories, and included components.
Unlike many mobility dealers, we do not charge restocking fees on products returned in new condition.
Exchanges Made Easy
If you receive your equipment and determine another model would better suit your needs, we'll work with you to arrange an exchange.
When exchanging one model for another, we often cover the return shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Returning A Used Product
If a returned product shows signs of use, scratches, cosmetic damage, excessive wear, missing components, or damaged packaging, deductions may be made from the refund amount to cover the cost of replacing damaged parts or restoring the equipment to like-new condition.
Products returned in used condition are not resold as new. Instead, they are offered through our Open Box section at a discounted price.
Discounted Return Shipping
If a return is requested because the customer simply changed their mind, ordered the wrong model, or no longer needs the equipment, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
However, thanks to our negotiated dealer rates with RL Carriers and other freight partners, we are often able to arrange return transportation at substantially lower rates than customers would typically pay on their own.
We Handle The Return Process
Returning a scooter or power wheelchair is easier than most people think. Simply place the equipment back in its original packaging and have it ready for pickup. We'll coordinate the freight carrier, schedule the pickup, and handle the return process from there.
